I think I made it clear that my son was not acting correctly when I wrote “This, of course, is unacceptable, destructive behavior …” and had the receptionist not taken it upon herself to be so rude I would have indeed apologized to her as well. I just don’t understand why some people (yourself included) have to be so rude. Puppy kickers.
