Tomorrow my little baby will be two years old. I can hardly believe it. We had a small birthday party for him yesterday and I actually made an Elmo cake! He received lots of good stuff from Mommy and Daddy, Grandma and Grandpa and his Great-Grandmother. Even though the party theme was Elmo, I ended up buying him a ton of Wall-e and Nemo stuff, including two beach towels with these characters for our trip to the beach later this summer!
He’s so smart for a two year old (IMO – yes, proud mother about to brag). He repeats everything (good and bad), sleeps in his own big boy bed, has learned how to take off and put on his pants (and diaper) and is starting to learn how to use the potty. It’s just so hard to believe that two years ago tomorrow, he came into this world a helpless, tiny little baby.

Happy Birthday Monkey! Funny how 2 seems so old. It’s probably the 2 longest years of his life for you guys as parents. After this point I feel like the time will start flying by! When we see you next, we have something for the Monkey!
